Educompendium is owned by Caroline Enstock. Caroline has worked in education since 1993 in roles across the age range from Early Years Education up to University level where she worked as a learning advisor. She is trained in mental health and has worked as specialised teacher for children with Special Educational needs. She has qualifications in Law and has served as school governor for five years. She has extensive knowledge of the GCSE and A level exams system having worked as Lead Exams Advisor for a large FE College in the South West.

Having navigated the education system from Reception through to University Level with her five children she is uniquely placed to understand the issues facing schools, families and individual learners from all viewpoints. She has extensive experience of dealing with Child and adolescent mental health services and in managing the demands of education for those learners who are experiencing serious mental health issues. Helping schools to support our more vulnerable learners and their families is an area which is of utmost importance going forward and she is happy to share those experiences with governing bodies via training. Fully Enhanced DBS checked Caroline is a qualified Mental Health First Aider for Youth trained by MHFA.

Educompendium partners with a range of other businesses and freelancers to deliver support packages to schools and works to create strong local relationships between providers.We are of course fully Enhanced DBS checked.
